Martha is originally from Norfolk, New York, 9 miles south of the Canadian border. Her parents had 1 daughter and then adopted her and 4 younger brothers. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia College and Master’s degree in Business Administration from DeVry University.
She got started working with seniors in 2004 taking care of her sister who was diabetic and had kidney disease on dialysis. She moved to Arizona in 2007 to help with grandchildren eventually taking care of seniors starting in 2009. She has since worked for clients with Alzheimer’s, kidney disease, COPD, Parkinson’s, cancer.
Attendants for Seniors is available to help individuals 55+ with in-home, nonmedical care. Services include transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, dressing/bathing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, respite care, medication reminders, exercise, travel.
